How It Works

STEP 1: Marketing Campaign Creation - Pick a Keyword
The first step is to choose a 2-14 character long keyword relevant to your business name or industry. This is usually part of or an abbreviation of your official business name.

STEP 2: Customers Subscribe To Your Group(s)
After the keyword has been chosen and inserted into our system, the actual marketing can begin. Ask your clients/customers to join your list (call it a Discount Club or something catchy like that) by sending a text message with your keyword to our short code. It is recommended that you offer some sort of incentive (for example a discount on a current/future purchase, a free item like a free dessert for a restaurant or an order of garlic bread for a pizzeria, etc.) as a reward for joining as this will speed up the collection of customer telephone numbers in the database.

STEP 3: Send Text Messages To Your Customer Group(s)
After a short period of time, you will be able to start sending marketing messages with special offers to your customers. If you own a restaurant, for example, imagine sending 250 of your customers a lunch special at 11am on your slowest lunch day of the week or a dinner special at 4pm on your slowest dinner night of the week. Extremely effective advertising that can be applied to any kind of business.
